Margaux Harari, MS, RDN is a Registered Dietitian and Sports Nutritionist based in New York City. She grew up in New York, graduating from New York University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She earned her Master’s degree from Queens College in Nutrition and Exercise Sciences and completed training to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
Since 2005, Margaux has helped clients with a wide range of nutritional needs. Her extensive experience in the field of Nutrition encompasses work in Private Practice, Clinical Nutrition and Sports Nutrition, and includes working at Hospital for Special Surgery, Forest Hills Hospital, St. John’s University and Nutrition Energy.
As a part of her expertise, Margaux has helped a wide range of clients reach their short and long-term goals. From professional athletes, active individuals, prenatal women, families and students, Margaux has educated and empowered her clients to develop the nutrition and fitness habits that will suit each ones needs while efficiently reaching their goals.
As an experienced lecturer, Margaux regularly gives talks on a range of topics for teams corporations, schools and community centers. She also consults with sports teams, including the US Squash Team.
Margaux is an active individual who grew up playing a variety of team sports and continues to engage in a wide range of sports and activities today. She believes in a philosophy of team and endurance sports as part of a healthful and active lifestyle. Margaux participates in various endurance events, including triathlon and cycling races; she has completed the NYC Triathlon. She also plays in both softball and basketball leagues. Margaux is a certified spinning instructor, and has been teaching in NYC since 2005. She maintains a steady yoga practice as well. Margaux is fluent in Spanish, and conversational in Italian and Hebrew. As a mother of 3 young children, Margaux regularly brings the principles of a balanced, healthy lifestyle into her home.
