Hi, I'm Margaux Harari,
MS, RD, CDN
I'm a registered dietitian with a master's degree in exercise science and over 20 years of experience working with active women and athletes.
I specialize in helping women 35+ who already eat well and exercise — but feel tired, stuck, or frustrated by a body that no longer responds the same way.
My work blends science, physiology, and real life — so nutrition feels supportive instead of stressful.
