Nutrition Counseling

One on One Nutrition Consultations are the best way to achieve individualized success to help you achieve your dietary and fitness goals.

Initial Consult- 75 minutes: During the initial visit we discuss current dietary habits, food intake, exercise and lifestyle habits, diet history and dietary and fitness goals. Based on your initial assessment you will be provided with a personalized meal plan, nutrition and fitness weekly goals and a shopping list.

Follow up session- 45 minutes: During follow up sessions we monitor your progress by reviewing your food diary, discussing previous week, and tweaking your plan to find the right balance and keep you on your way to reaching your goals in the most efficient way possible.
